How do I choose my size?
Use the measurements and fit notes for the specific product, rather than assuming one size fits the same across all styles. If a size chart is missing or unclear, email us with the product name and your measurements before ordering.
How do I care for my clothing?
Follow the garment's care label and product-specific instructions. Delicate details such as fringe need particular care. Do not assume every item is machine washable.
Where can I find my order status?
Open your order-confirmation email and follow its order-status link. Tracking information appears there when available. For help, send your order number and checkout email to customer care.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by law.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery depends on the item and destination. Check the delivery information supplied before purchase. If a timeframe is not shown or you need delivery for an event, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate. Keep the item and packaging while we work with you on the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights still apply.
How do I request a return?
Contact customer care for return instructions and the correct return destination. Review any return conditions disclosed before purchase. A final-sale notice does not remove statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items or any applicable legal cancellation rights.
